Terms and Conditions

-By approving this invoice you have acknowledged that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. You can do so by visiting http://www.buckeyeas.com/terms-conditions/. -We require 50% of total invoice to be paid before we can start on the order unless otherwise approved. The remaining balance is due at time of pickup/shipping. -A Late Fee of 5% will be added every 30 days an invoice is past due. As a standard, payments are due at the time your order is received. Any other terms must be approved. -The turn around time begins after deposit and approval have been received. -Completed products may vary from proof, such as shirt color, print color, print location, print size, etc. We will produce them as close as we can to the proof. -Please check all sizes, images, mockups, colors, descriptions, etc. for any errors. Customer is responsible for notifying us of any errors. We are not responsible for errors if invoice was approved. -All orders are priced based on the quantity in that order. If a re-order is placed, it is priced according to the re-order quantities. -Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. -2X and larger sizes will have an upcharge - The client acknowledges that any and all artwork, designs, and illustrations ("Artwork") created by Buckeye Apparel & Sign remain the exclusive property of Buckeye A & S and are intended for use solely on products produced by our company. The creation of such Artwork is part of the service provided by Buckeye A & S and does not transfer ownership or rights for external use with products produced by any other entity. If the client desires to use the Artwork for purposes beyond the original production agreement, such as on goods not manufactured by Buckeye A & S, they must obtain written consent from Buckeye A & S. For the release of the Artwork, a separate Artwork fee will apply. The terms, including the scope and duration of the usage rights, will be specified in a separately invoiced service. This fee will be determined based on the nature of the requested use and the value of the Artwork.
